Thank you for choosing Custom Solutions. We are pleased to offer you a 50% deposit payment option for your order. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory transaction, please take note of the following terms and conditions:
- To secure a delivery date in advance, customers may select a delivery date and pay a non-refundable deposit of £100. This amount will be deducted from the total installation cost. Link can be found here. https://www.customsolutionsuk.uk/products/the-unlimited-range
- Full payment is required before booking the shipping date and confirmation of the shipping date. A estimated delivery date will be given with in 48 hours. We aim to hit all estimated dates.
- Customers must give a minimum of 6 days before the final payment to ensure we meet the secured delivery date. If the final payment is not made before or on the 6th day, additional dates my be provided.
- Any changes to the delivery date or order specifications must be made in writing and received by Custom Solutions at least 6 working days before the delivery date.
- If the customer fails to accept delivery of the goods on the agreed delivery date, the customer will be liable for any additional delivery and haulage costs incurred by Custom Solutions.
- All goods are sold on a delivery-only basis. Customers are responsible for arranging suitable transportation and handling upon delivery. (Tail lift will be provided curb side delivery is sometime required)
- If there are any issues with the goods received, customers must notify Custom Solutions on the day of delivery of if the damage is noticeable on delivery, please refuse delivery and Custom Solutions will pay return costs and redelivery at no extra cost to the customer.
- Custom Solutions reserves the right to cancel the order or delivery at any time if the customer breaches any of these terms and conditions.
- Custom Solutions is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
- Custom Solutions will do our upmost to keep to all terms if in any event something with in, or out of our control the customer will be notified at the moment of the occurrence.
