The Concept

Our journey began with a rough sketch provided by a client—a simple yet effective way to communicate their needs and vision. This sketch, coupled with a few photos sent over instagram & WhatsApp, was the blueprint for a storage system designed to enhance efficiency and organization in a transit-sized van.
Design Specifications
Our design team took the initial concept and transformed it into a practical, robust storage solution. The final product stands at 1500mm tall, making it a perfect fit for a standard transit van—not too bulky, yet spacious enough to store a wide range of tools and equipment. The entire installation spans a total length of 2609mm, neatly integrating the following units:
1. 803mm Wide Unit: With a 440mm depth shelf and 779mm internal space, this unit offers substantial storage for various tools. Including the most popular Chopsaw’s on the market.
2. 429mm Systainer Unit: Specifically designed to accommodate Systainers, ensuring secure and organized storage for smaller components.
3. 429mm Wheelarch Systainer Unit: Utilizes the space above the wheel arch, maximizing every inch of your van.
4. No1 474mm Wheekarch Tstack/Organiser Units: Perfect for storing Tstack cases or professional organizers, these units keep your essentials at your fingertips.
5. No2474mm Wheekarch Tstack/Organiser Units: Perfect for storing Tstack cases or professional organizers, these units keep your essentials at your fingertips.
6. 2 x 474-M Drawers: These drawers offer additional space for tools and supplies, enhancing accessibility and organization.
7. Standard Rail Box (STBR): This feature suits three levels of rails (72mm x 43mm each), accommodating at least three rails measuring 230mm x 15mm and one at 230mm x 12mm, perfect for securing longer items safely.
