Over the past few days, we've run into a few technical gremlins with our Custom Install Request Form — and unfortunately, this means some customer messages haven’t come through as expected, but they are there!
If you’ve recently filled out the form and haven’t heard back from us, we’re really sorry. It’s not you — it’s us.
🔧 What’s Happening?
Some submitted requests were not properly delivered to our team inbox, meaning you might be stuck waiting for a reply that never arrived. Not ideal, especially when you’re ready to get building!
📨 What We’re Doing About It
We’re already working on fixes and backups to make sure this doesn’t happen again. While we sort things out, email replies may be slightly delayed — but rest assured, we will get back to you.
We now understand this has been a issue for some months and we have not been ignoring you. We will send a quich follow up email to see if you still require our assistants.
