Materials Used

We use 12mm hardwood ply for CONCEPT, UNIQUE, PRO UNIQUE racking products.

OPTIONS ON UNLIMITED

We do have birch ply available on request and subject to availability. We also have a light weight panel available in 12mm subject to availability on request.

Pre Configured means we have either spent our time with a customer to come up with the following SET or our team has spent there time building the ultimate pre configured SET based on our knowledge. Be sure that all our SET's have a part of Pre Configuration in them.

As soon as it's in manufactured, we will ship it to you. Usually being manufactured with in 48 hours. One of the team will call to discuss delivery dates with in 24 hours of purchase.

What "Made to Order" Means for You:

Made to Order means that we create your van racking system specifically for you, allowing for small changes to the configuration and the addition of any extras you need to stay organized.

Here’s how it works:

  • Personalization: You can adjust the configuration of the units or add extra features to better suit your needs.
  • Order Process: Once you place your order, one of our team members will contact you the same day to confirm your requirements and discuss any changes or additions. We'll also provide an estimate of any additional costs and expected shipping dates.
  • Flexible Delivery: While our standard delivery for made-to-order items is 10-14 days, we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. This timeframe allows us to make any necessary adjustments.
  • No Extra Charge: If your changes involve adjusting the unit’s width or lowering the height (as long as it fits within your van’s install length and height), there’s no additional charge. If you need a taller unit, there might be a small extra fee, but if it's shorter, we’ll refund the difference.

Installation and Assembly

Guidance on how to install and assemble your racking systems

1. Concept Range:

PLEASE MAKE/ASSEMBLE ONE UNITS AT A TIME. REMEMBER TO MARK/SCRIBE/PENCIL ALL UNITS AS ONE WHEN MARKING, THEN CUT/SCRIBE EACH UNIT INDIVIDUALLY

  • Unboxing: Start by unpacking the Concept Range components, ensuring all parts are present. Only unpack one unit at a time and make and assemble one at a time all part are individually wrapped per unit. With all additional parts and accessories wrapped and packed individually.
  • Van Preparation: Before installation, clear out your van and clean the interior to provide a clean workspace. We recommend a steel bulkhead to be install prior to fitting for added security.
  • Layout Planning: work from bulkhead to the rear all units will be palleted in order. Unit 1 behind the bulk head.
  • Assembly: Follow the assembly instructions found on our our YouTube channel OR CHECK OUT THE DIRECT LINKS BELOW. Then typically, this involves attaching the racking securely to the van's interior, ensuring it's well-fastened. No fixing are included but generally a L bracket is the best method fitted internally keep it tidy minimum 50mm x 50mm L bracket

2. Unique Range:

  • Preparation: Unbox the Unique Range components and confirm all parts are included. Start off with assembling the level rail box and configure the box while assembling. More information can be found on Youtube Level rail box.
  • Assemble any drawers to bases this can be done at the end of the install.
  • Assemble any parts after installation this keeps thing simple and less parts to think about.

3. SH3 Pro Unique:

  • Component Review: As mention above check you have the correct number of units by simply counting on the pallet.
  • Assembly: Assemble the SH3 Pro Unique racking by following the simple Youtube Videos. Then this involves securing the components to your van's interior, ensuring a precise fit. leave 5mm above any wheel arch box to stop squeaking in the future
  • Customisation: The beauty of SH3 Pro Unique is its adaptability. Plan your customisation, such as drawer and tray placement, based on your needs. Lay boxes and parts out to be more organised before putting anything in to your new racking. Ideally this should be done prior to receiving your install.

4. Unlimited Range:

  • Inspection: Inspect all components of the Unlimited Range to make sure everything is present and in good condition. We can sort out any issues before you unwrap, after this we are unable to help further. we will have full packing images from your install so if we need to check anything we can before helping.
  • Van Preparation: Prepare your van by clearing it out and cleaning it. Try sort tools out prior to installation.
  • Customisation: Since Unlimited is highly customisable, carefully plan your layout, size, and finish from start to finish. We may have some more details on your install that are more about just your install this will be given over the phone or via email.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! You will have the option to cancel as long as manufacturing hasn’t begun with 95% of our products made to order we are strict on cancellation policies. We will do all we can to help or worse case book a date for manufacturing in the future.

Adding to your order during manufacturing is a possibility just call one of the team and will work around the clock to make sure everything is delivered on time.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Denmark, France. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us first. We will have partners offing our products in the closet future.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Generally all order are made to measure and to your design please allow 7-10 for manufacturing if you require this sooner please let a member of stage know. Next day shipping is available on all orders after manufacture (for an additional charge) please let a member of staff know when they follow up with a final delivery date and check delivery details. International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Any damaged items must be refused at delivery and sent back to us with a proof of damage including a photo including evidence, we will resend free of charge if we reserve this information, additional charges will apply if the item is sent back to us after the first attempt, with carrier company due to being palleted.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
