With vehicle fitment we make sure each unit can fit any vehicle with 130mm scribe panel on the rear. This can also be re fitted to any vehicle by simply re scribing. With the sizes above you can simple measure van height and length to see if this is the perfect configuration for you.

Material options: All installs are available standard ply and limited installs in birch ply (we can upgrade any install to birch at additional cost, in not currently available)

The SET-2000-1200 is our most adaptable modular racking kit—built as the perfect starting point for anyone customising their SWB or LWB van storage. It features 12x SH-500-3 flat shelves compatible with drawer upgrades and trade-specific accessories. Choose a power tool box option so the shelve is specificity machined for the box type or start with a flat shelf, add drawers or box types of your own up to 476mm.

Built from durable 12mm hardwood ply, option to upgrade to Birch ply, with adjustable shelf positions, this setup fits popular SWB or LWB vans, just select the correct option, perfect for the Ford Transit Custom H1L1, VW Transporter, Renault Traffic and more all with standard roofs. Whether you’re a Joiner, Electrician, Plumber or Decorator, this base system adapts to your needs.Will also adapt over it life time with you, we are the only Racking providers that can say that.

Once installed or before purchase be sure to add your extras from recommended list, you can easily add drawers, left-hand slimline units, end storage, Evo catch upgrades, and tool-specific shelf variations.

This SET does all. Yes. We have versions/product listings tailored for Joinery, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, and more—each with trade-relevant details and descriptions. So you know what you are getting works.

Is this system compatible with my toolbox brand?

Yes. We offer shelf variants for Systainer, TSTAK, Stanley FatMax Pro, and more. Choose the right version or ask us for guidance.

Can I upgrade my SET system later?

Yes. All SET systems are modular—add drawers, catches, left-hand units, and other accessories at any time. Fitting any budget at any time. Simple to upgrade and achieve your organisation requirements.

What is included in the standard SET-2000-1200 package?

The base kit includes 12 x SH-500-3 shelves, standard push-button catches, and all required fixings. Add-ons can be added separately.

How is the SET system delivered and installed?

Each system is shipped flat-packed with unit fixings, we have YouTube instructions and videos or loads of information across the site. It can be assembled with in 30 minutes and installed with basic tools in around 1–3 hours.

Can I install this system on both sides of the van?

Yes. While the main system is designed for the right-hand side, you can add a slim-depth left-hand unit (800–1200mm) for dual layouts. Or this system can be used on the left with access to main tools on the side door like our SLD1.

What vans does the SET-2000-1200 fit?

It’s designed for small wheelbase (SWB) or (LWB) vans like the Ford Transit Custom H1L1/H1L2, VW Transporter, Renault Trafic SWB, and similar-sized vehicles.

Are these drawers/shelves compatible with power tool storage?

When purchasing select the desired option and all shelves within this product, is. SH3 as standard and it’s fully Futureproof, we have multiple option to choose from for the desired organised SET up.

Can I add upgraded catches?

Yes. Our wheel arch tilt storage compartments have push-button catches as standard, and you can upgrade to Evo black catches simple add these to check out and we will cut the relevant holes for delivery.

Are the drawers made from plywood?

Yes. We use 12mm hardwood ply for strength these are our standard option, and a Birch Ply premium option. Our early installs were all birch ply until the war in Ukraine. We will be bringing back birch ply as a majority option across the site in time.

Do I need special shelves to install these drawers?

Yes, our drawers are made to work with SH3 series shelves, which are drawer-compatible and built for modular add-ons. This is the most unique part about our system

What are the drawer sizes available?

We offer Medium and Large drawer sizes, both designed to fit directly into SH3 shelves. Sizes are based on standard depth (380mm). We can accommodate any items you requires so custom is always a option.

Can I add more drawers later if my setup changes?

Absolutely. The SH3 system is modular—each shelf is drawer-ready, so you can add or swap drawers at any time to suit your workflow.

Is this system compatible with Stanley and DeWalt organiser boxes?

Yes, this SH3 van racking is designed to hold Stanley Pro Deep and DeWalt TSTAK organiser boxes securely within the 474mm shelves.

Can I customise a racking system to suit my specific trade needs?

Absolutely. Our Full Custom Builds service allows you to tailor racking solutions to your trade requirements. We also offer Pre-Configured and Made to Order SETs for convenience.
