🔧 Custom Install Options & Upgrades

Build your van your way — with total flexibility.

At Custom Solutions UK, every Pro Unique install comes with full customisation included. That means you can tailor your install to suit your van tools and trade — without paying extra for the changes that matter most.

✅ What’s Free

When you buy a Pro Unique install, the following changes are included in your price:

• Unit width changes — choose from our 5 standard widths and tool brand options 429mm Festool or Makita, 474mm dewalt TSTAK or Stanley Organiser Fat Max Pro, 500mm a combo unit with multiple options, 600mm Dewalt Tough System including 2.0 or Milwaukee Packout and we have a 629mm unit for Dewalt Tough System for easier access.

• Custom layout — rearrange the unit order to suit your workflow ( this can be done with our team verbally and when fitting you are sure we meet your requirements.

• Install height adjustments — any height up to the selected SET’s maximum. Or if you require a install that’s higher than purchased we can charge accordingly. We advise you select the closest SET as possible.

• Choice of material — select either birch ply if available or standard hardwood ply, both in 12mm. If Birch ply is not showing this can be made a upgrade option at additional costs.

If your install includes 3 units, you can customise all 3 units. If it includes 7, you get 7 units to work with. The number of customisable units matches the install you’ve purchased. 

💷 What’s Charged

Additional components that require more material or labour will incur extra costs:

• Shelves (all supplied SH3 Charged per shelf)

• Drawers (any size or configuration)

• End units (1000, 1200, 1500, 1775 or custom 322 x 322)

• Level rail or pipe storage options

• Removal of any wider unit over 629mm
• Change any units from standard depth to slim depth
• Height adjustment over any purchased install height

These extras will be priced fairly and quoted before production. We will always look to fulfil you’re requirements to be best of our abilities, creating as less impact as possible to get you organised as quick as possible.

📝 How to Customise

At checkout, add a note saying:
“Customise my order”

Once your order is placed, our team will reach out by phone or email to confirm your layout choices. We’ll guide you through your options and finalise the build before anything goes into production.

📐 Example Layout

Let’s say you order a Pro Unique SET-2500-1200 with 5 units.

You can choose:

• Any combination of 5 units

• From 5 width options

• In either ply option( if birch ply not an available purchase option there would be additional charges)

• At any height up to 1200mm
  (e.g. 1176mm? No problem — we’ll do it for free)

Only additional items like drawers or rail storage will add to your total.

📎 Terms & Conditions

The Custom Solutions Team will reach out with in 24 hours of purchase to confirm install details. 

1. Base install must remain within the original unit quantity.
You cannot exceed the number of units included without an additional charge.

2. Customisation requests must be submitted at time of order.
If no “Customise my order” note is added, we will build the standard configuration by default.

3. Changes are subject to availability and design compatibility.
If a specific width or style cannot be used due to layout limitations, max install length, we will recommend the closest fit.

4. Custom installs are made to order and non-refundable.
Once confirmed and in production, custom builds cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty or damaged on delivery and must be refused.

5. Extra components will be quoted and invoiced separately before production.
We will never charge for extras without your approval. These must be paid in full before production starts.

6. Birch ply and standard ply are both manufactured to 12mm thickness.
If birch ply is not available to purchase at the point of purchase, you require an upgrade to birch ply, this will include additional charges. Make a note of this on order notes before purchasing.
