When it comes to van racking, every millimetre counts. That’s why we offer custom height units for free — as long as you purchase one of our standard height base units.
This has always been part of our service, but we’ve never properly promoted it — so we’re making it clearer now to ensure full transparency and help more customers take advantage of it.
We’ll tailor the height to match your setup and make sure every inch works for you.
How It Works
If you buy one of our standard height SET’s with our standard heights units (1200mm, 1500mm, or 1775mm), we’ll happily adjust units to your custom height within that range at no extra cost:

✅ Buy a 1200mm unit → request custom heights below 1200mm

✅ Buy a 1500mm unit → request any size between 1200mm and 1500mm

✅ Buy a 1775mm unit → request any size between 1500mm and 1775mm
This allows you to tailor your install without the stress of modifying or trimming parts yourself.
What About Units Over 1775mm?
We can also supply custom units taller than 1775mm, but these are made to order. For these builds, just get in touch via our Contact Us page and we’ll help you sort the perfect fit.
