Peugeot Expert Compact 2023: Key Vehicle Dimensions for Perfect Fit Solutions

When it comes to creating custom van racking or storage solutions, having accurate vehicle dimensions is essential. Below, we've gathered all the key measurements for the Peugeot Expert Compact 2023, ensuring you can plan your storage installations with precision.

Key Dimensions:

1. Bulkhead to Rear (Driver Side, Top Right):

   • Install Length: 1650mm
     This is the typical space where ply lining usually finishes, giving you a clear install length for rear storage solutions.

1. Maximum Install Height: (measure towards the edge of the vehicle)

   • Height: 1315mm
     Measured at the edge (not the centre), this is the maximum height for any racking or shelving units on the sides.

1. Sliding Door Dimensions: tight measurements

   • Width: 750mm
     This is the maximum width for any unit that needs to fit through the sliding door.
   • Height: 1230mm
     The maximum height for units being moved through the sliding door, important for ensuring ease of installation.

1. Bulkhead to Start of Wheel Arch:

   • Length: 800mm
     The space between the bulkhead and the start of the wheel arch provides room for storage in front of the arches.

1. Wheel Arch Dimensions:

   • Height: 365mm
   • Length: 878mm
   • Depth: 145mm
     Knowing the exact size of the wheel arches allows for precise installations, avoiding wasted space.

1. Floor Length to Rear Door (One Side with Door Closed):

   • Length: 2085mm
     Measured at the center of the vehicle, this is the maximum floor length available. Note that the space on either side of the doors is slightly smaller.

1. Distance Between Wheel Boxes:

   • Width: 1200mm
     This is the available width between the wheel boxes for installing floor-mounted storage or racking units.

left hand image a little blurry but you can see the red 1200mm, this is looking at it square face on to the rubber. we have a size of 1230mm x 750mm this is pure access if we was to build a square.

Sliding Door Width 750mm

 

Bulkhead to Start of Wheel Arch 800mm

 

Wheel Arch Dimensions:

Height: 365mm

Length: 878mm

Depth: 145mm

Floor Length to Rear Door (One Side with Door Closed)

Distance Between Wheel Boxes 1200mm
