What warranty and aftercare do you provide?

We Guarantee all our shelves upto 20kgs. If for any reason a shelf has a clear manufacturing fault we will supply a new one free of charge. Being manufactured in wood it’s a very robust product, each SET will carry a 12 month warranty. What payment methods and finance options do you offer?

We accept BACS, debit/credit cards. We can offer 50% deposit followed by 50% final payment before shipping. Any created orders will have bank details included. Or find a online product and use our simple checkout system.

How long is my quote valid?

Quotes remain valid for 30 days. If your requirements or van details change after that, just let us know and we’ll update the quote accordingly.

How long does a offer last on my quote?

We only allow up to 48 hour to make the most of any discounts. This keeps our guaranteed shipping date scheduled.

Do I need to measure my van interior myself?

No – we offer two options: Either way we work with measuring over vehicle make and model to maximise storage requirements.
Self-measure: let us know your maximum install length and height. We create a custom design.

What are your current lead times for standard and bespoke SETs?

Standard SETs: 5–7 working days from order confirmation. Some times same week, if you require it immediately just let the team know.
Bespoke designs: 2–3 weeks (including design approval and manufacturing).
If you have an urgent deadline, let us know—we often fast-track critical jobs.

Do you offer on-site installation, or do I need to visit your workshop?

In fact 100% of our installs are shipped out, ready to be fitted by the user, we have a number of videos of assembly and fitting on our YouTube channel. We also recommend you give us a call prior to fitting so one of the team can go through everything for you, this can save you time and effort.

How do I know which racking configuration best suits my trade tools?

During your free consultation, we’ll review the tools parts & materials you carry, plus your working style. We’ll then recommend a SET and supply a 3D render to visualise your system. Making sure we have factored everything you need, not just for now but also the future.

Can you create bespoke racking for uncommon or older van models?

Yes. Our in-house design team can survey and create a custom racking layout for any van make or year. Simply request a free 3D design or give us a call with your van’s dimensions and tool list.

Which van models are compatible with your standard racking SETs?

We design our modular SETs to fit all major UK work-van models, including Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, VW Transporter, Peugeot Partner, Vauxhall Vivaro and more. Each product page lists a guide fitment—if your model isn’t there, contact us for a bespoke solution. Remember all racks can be scribed to any vehicle, what’s important is we look to build a system to maximise your storage requirements and the way you work.

Are the wooden drawers strong enough formy tools or accessories?

Absolutely. We have a standard ply option of Built from high-grade birch plywood, the drawers are rated for daily trade use, handling heavy tools, fixings, and kit without warping or sticking. Simply add wax to make these easier to handle. We have no metal parts these are built wood on wood for a long future.

Will this birch ply racking fit my specific van model?

Yes—our racking is tailored for all makes and models, from small vans to long wheelbases. We design around your tool requirements and how you work. All our SET’s are built to fit van’s shape for a snug, secure fit, simple to scribe to any vehicle.

Can I see a CAD mock-up of my rack layout before it’s built?

Yes. For all bespoke orders we provide a 3D CAD drawing of the van interior with your proposed racking, shelving and drawer locations. This is included in your design consultation at no extra charge.

What happens if I need to change my spec after ordering?

We can accommodate any changes before we make a final call and start manufacturing. Larger revisions after that may incur a small re-design fee—just let us know ASAP.

Will this storage system fit my specific high-top van model?

Yes. With our 130mm scribe panel, you can custom-fit the system to any high-top van model and can re-fit it if you switch vehicles.

Can I move or add drawers later?

Absolutely. Our modular design lets you move drawers across any shelf or add new ones as your storage needs change. Remember only our SH3 shelves can add drawer parts to later. The drawers them self can be placed in to any of the runners on the units. This is a powerful uniqueness of our drawer van storage solution.

Are the shelves adjustable?

Yes each shelve has multiple positions to suit all system boxes, drawers and trays. Or any custom requirements you can find. Our modular system is built with you and your future in mind.

Is your systems compatible with Festool Systainers?

Yes, it’s fully Festool-compatible.Each Festool unit is 429mm wide. We offer some custom units to suit multiple boxes, Festool still fits our 474mm wide and 500mm wide units.

What happens if I change vans later?

The SET can be removed and refitted to a new van. We design it with reusability in mind, so you're not locked into one vehicle. Just remember when fitting the first time, just cut as minimal as required. To allow for re scribing to multiple vehicles later

Can I add more shelves or a different layout later?

Yes. The system is expandable and adaptable—if your needs change, we can supply extra shelves, drawers, or even modify the layout to suit new kit.

How is the level and rail storage box secured?

The level and rail storage box is built as a freestanding item. You can use L brackets before mounting the racking install on top. Or if you are adding this to the top of your install you can secure with screws through the unit top.

How long does installation take?

A typical install takes around 5 minutes to assemble each unit. You can allow one full working day, depending on configuration. For cutting and scribing. Most installs take around 3-4 hours, allowing to empty the vehicle and re organise tools and accessories. We can install these in as little as 2 hours.

Do you offer a custom design service for different trades?

Yes! Whether you're a carpenter, electrician, plumber or general builder, we can tweak the setup specifically around the tools and kit you use most. This is what our system is built on. Trade specific van racking.

What materials are used for the racking system?

We use a choice of high-grade birch plywood or a standard hardwood ply. Both in 12mm for our installs. These are selected for its strength, durability, and professional finish—perfect for the tough environment of a working van.

Can the storage system fit Makita Makpac, Milwaukee Packout, or DeWalt TSTAK boxes?

Yes. Although designed for Festool first, we can customise shelf heights and widths to fit Makpac, Packout, TSTAK, or any other modular box systems. We also have some units that offer multiple toolbox storage solutions.

Can I secure toolboxes to stop them sliding around?

Absolutely. We create custom cradle cut-outs, to suit the style box and shelf it’s fitting.

Will the system work if I add more Festool Systainers later?

Definitely. The modular rack design means you can easily add, move, or re-stack Systainers without needing a full rebuild. The is the key reason behind building our system. Welcome to our world of organisation.

Can I store my site saw or mitre saw safely in the system?

Yes. We have custom width unit options for all brands of Chopsaw. These are available in different heights also for all vehicle types. Simple just let us know what you are using.

Is there an option for locking drawers or secure storage for expensive tools?

We have played with some ideas over the years. We would love for it to become a reality. We are always looking for individuals to work with to upgrade our products and services. We have our wheel arch tilt boxes these are popular to lock away them expensive tools. Our wheel arch units can also be supplied lockable.

How do you protect tools and drawers from moisture or damp inside the van?

We use birch ply and standard hardwood ply with glues rated for moisture resistance. This is perfect for daily and site conditions.

Can I install the storage system myself if I’m handy with tools?

Yes. We supply clear step-by-step fitting guides on our YouTube channel DIY install is fully doable if you’re comfortable with basic tools. This is how the majority of our install are supplied.

Is there enough room to still carry large materials like sheets or pipes?

Yes. The system is designed to maximise sidewall space, leaving central van floors clear for loading 8x4 sheets, pipes, conduits, and longer gear. When we create a custom design things like this can be built in and factored in, especially if they have a higher priority. We make custom our standard.

How do I know if a SET product will fit my van?

Each SET code lists the install’s total length and height. Simply measure your van’s internal load space and check against the product dimensions.

What does the SET code mean on each product?

Our SET codes show the system type, install length, and install height—making it easy to match the best storage setup to your van’s interior size.

I can’t find my exact van model listed. Will a SET install still fit?

Yes. We design around maximum use of van space, also a users tools and how they work, not specific models. Each of our SET’s fit all vehicles. Measure your van’s interior, match it to the SET size, and we’ll handle manufacturing your SET.

My van is a long wheelbase. Which SET system should I choose?

Look for SET installs with longer lengths (2000mm+). If you're unsure, contact us with your van’s internal length, and we’ll recommend the best match.

My van has a high roof. Will your systems work with that?

Yes, we offer SET installs with taller heights (1500mm+). Higher installs are perfect for high-top vans, optimising vertical storage space. We have a small medium or large option, 1200mm, 1500mm or 1775mm. To suit all vehicle types.

Can the same SET install be used across different vans?

Absolutely. Our systems are designed to be refitted into new vans—ideal if you swap vehicles but want to keep your storage setup.

How do I search for the right SET code on your website?

Use the search or filter options to sort by install length and height, or search directly using SET- followed by the size you’re looking for (e.g., SET-2518-1775).

What if my van’s measurements are slightly different from a SET size?

As long as the install SET you find on our site is less than your measurements, it will fit and match your van perfectly—if unsure just ask before ordering. To increase install length why not add an end unit this can add. 322mm to any install length.

Yes. Every SET install is modular. We can adjust layouts, add drawers, or tweak shelf spacing to suit your exact needs.
