My story began when I left school at 16 in 2001, and I immediately dove into college for a 4-year carpentry and joinery course. It wasn't the easiest path, but I persevered and graduated alongside only a handful of classmates. During this time, I was also working for my family's small business, gaining invaluable experience in the trade.
Fast forward to 2014, and I found myself at a crossroads, craving new challenges. It was during this period of introspection that I stumbled upon what would become Custom Solutions UK. Simultaneously, I invested in a CNC machine. This was a turning point for me. I felt like life had hit the reset button, presenting me with limitless opportunities and the chance to blaze my own trail. With unwavering determination, I embarked on this new adventure, working tirelessly to create our initial product lineup, including some of our best-selling offerings like Custom Solutions Van Racking.
Over the past nearly 10 years, we've been on an incredible journey, building a diverse product library that can be fully tailored to your specific needs. We're currently undergoing a significant transformation, bringing all our products into the 3D realm, providing you with a real-life visualization that makes ordering a breeze.
Reflecting on this journey, I'll be the first to admit that I may have fallen short in the customer service department during some challenging periods. However, I've learned immensely from these experiences, and customer communication now sits at the forefront of our operations.
