END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license agreement ("Agreement") is effective on all sales and downloads made on and after the 1st of April 2014. By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital templates or designs ("Products") provided by Custom Solutions UK ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), you ("You" or "Your") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Permitted Product Usage:

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for personal or commercial use, worldwide, and in perpetuity. You may use the Products to create end-products for sale or distribution, provided that the Products are integrated into a new design and not used or sold as standalone items. You may share the end-products created using the Products without charge. You may not sell, share, or distribute the digital template or design files with or without modifications.

Prohibited Usage:

You may not use the Products in any way that is not explicitly permitted by this Agreement. The following uses of the Products are strictly prohibited:

• Transferring the Product files to any third party, including clients, partners, or customers. If a third party requires access to the Product files, they must purchase their own license from the Company.
• Converting individual template shapes to individual or grouped files and selling those files as a set or as individual items.
• Converting the Products into different file types or making small changes and selling those templates as your own product. You are allowed to make changes on templates or designs to create your own physical decals.
• Reselling, sharing, redistributing, or otherwise transferring the Products to other third parties.
• Mixing and matching parts of the Products with other templates and selling them as your own product.
• Using the Products as digital end-products. Redistributing the digital file in any way, with or without modifications.
• Registering the Products or end-products created using the Products as a trademark in any territory. This license grants You non-exclusive rights, and other users may also download and use the Products.

• Using the Products after receiving a full refund for it. Once a refund is received, the rights to the license of that product are revoked and any further use of the product is prohibited.

Terms, Indemnification and Disclaimer:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from and against all allegations, suits, claims, actions, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) which arise out of using any of the Products obtained from this site. In case You did not breach the terms and conditions of this license and suffer damages because of a Product used, We will indemnify You by refunding the full charge of your order, provided that you inform Us within 3 working days after damage occurs. Decisions regarding settlements of indemnification will be made at the Company's sole discretion. The Company is not responsible for settlements, legal fees and/or other costs made by any party without prior agreement from the Company. This license cannot be re-sold or transferred to any third party. If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

If We suspect that You are selling, sharing, or distributing Our Products without our explicit written consent, We will take legal action and hold You responsible for any damages the Company might have suffered.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any of the Products provided by the Company, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
